Returns

Returns on any merchandise will be accepted up to 30 days after initial purchase provided that the product has not been damaged or altered in any way. A full refund, minus shipping, will be provided to the customer within 1-2 days of the receipt of the returned goods. Items Damaged in Transit or generally Defected may also be returned, but must be identified by phone or email within 5 days of receipt of goods.

Damaged or Altered Items that have not been authorized to be returned to Vegas Party Gifts will be sent back to the customer and no refund will be granted. If a partial return of items shipped is desired, that is part of a discount program of any sort, the entire invoice will be recalculated base on the promotion that was running at the time of the purchase.
